1 General Terms & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the sk66 platform and all of its services. By visiting sk66's website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the authority operating the sk66 platform ("sk66", "we", "us"). This agreement covers your rights and obligations, service conditions, bonus policies, and our security rules.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all of the following:

• Visiting and using sk66's website and mobile version
• Participating in any game, sports betting, or casino service
• Claiming bonuses, promotions, or rewards
• Making deposits and managing withdrawal transactions
• Using customer service or support services

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use sk66's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. sk66 may request necessary documents at any time to verify age. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one sk66 account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be considered void.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. sk66 must be notified immediately if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. You should not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact customer service immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sk66 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These mobile wallet methods provide fast and secure transactions for Bangladeshi users. Please note that Rocket is the official mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The applicable limits for each payment method are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (all methods)
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours

3.3 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds must come from the account holder's own registered payment account. Deposits made through a third party are not permitted. sk66 reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions and may place a hold on transactions if necessary.

3.4 Withdrawal Terms

To request a withdrawal, the account's KYC (identity verification) must be completed. Winnings from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal (see Section 4 for details). sk66 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at sk66, you will receive a 100% matching bonus — up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus will apply up to the maximum limit of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the original deposit. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

The following points regarding bonuses are important to keep in mind:

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once
• Bonuses are valid for a set period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device are not allowed
• sk66 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time

4.4 VIP Program

sk66's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Advancement to a higher level depends on regular play and account activity.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

sk66 is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. All games on our platform are developed by recognized game software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 5.3 Technical Issues

6 Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games
• Colluding with others to manipulate betting
• Attempting to hack sk66's systems or exploiting security vulnerabilities
• Operating an account using a false identity or misleading information
• Any activity related to money laundering

6.2 Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure

sk66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Request from a law enforcement agency or court order

6.3 Funds Upon Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of the Terms, the valid balance will be returned. However, for accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms, bonuses earned and related winnings may be forfeited.

7 Intellectual Property

sk66's website, logo, brand name, graphic design, software, text content, and all other materials are the intellectual property of sk66. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Third-Party Rights

Game content and software displayed on sk66 are the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Unauthorized use of this content may result in legal action against the party involved.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Scope of Service

The sk66 platform operates on an "as is" basis. Despite efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, security upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Disclaimer of Liability

sk66 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection or device problems
• Losses resulting from a user keeping their account credentials insecure
• Delays or technical issues from third-party payment providers
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or events beyond our control

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In any circumstance, sk66's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited into the user's account within 30 days of the relevant incident.
